Holy Yoga is a practice using the connection of the mind, body, and spirit to feel the presence of God. Scripture, prayer, devotional readings, and stories of real-life experiences with Christ are woven through every aspect of every session to help us feel closer to our Father.
Yoga is not a religion. In fact, it is a practice predating religion. It is often affiliated with Hinduism because they gave it a written structure first. Yoga is, however, a spiritual discipline with the ability to enhance your personal beliefs through breath-work, meditation, and movement. In Holy Yoga we keep Christ front and center of our focus in all elements of our practice.
Holy Yoga is an experiential worship experience that can deepen your connection to Christ as we breath, pray, and move together.
