At Spiritual Bendings we work to meet your health and fitness goals while keeping Jesus front and center. Training sessions and yoga classes will include prayer, scripture, and devotional readings.

Regardless if you are a person looking to run a marathon, find relaxation, get more flexible, play with your grandchildren, discover success in fancy arm balances and inversions or build strength and power for sport participation we will discuss your goals and find the right path for you to meet them.

Using current and innovative techniques in training methods and yoga flows, with much thought put into the order of the session, we look to keep you safe as you progress towards your ultimate goal.  All instructors and trainers hold high level certifications and are constantly pursuing continuing education. We will work with you in your home, at a park, or at our facility.

Megan has a passion for helping people reach their goals in a safe and healthy way. With a bachelor’s in athletic training from Indiana University and a masters in Exercise Physiology from the University of Louisville Megan is fascinated by how our bodies do what they do in creating our functions and movements. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as holding certifications in Graston (a deep tissue massage technique utilizing stainless steel instruments) and being a Certified Kinesiology Tape Practitioner.

Megan is a 500-hour master’s level yoga instructor and carries a specialty certification in Adaptive Yoga. She, also, has a specialty in Kids Yoga and Nutrition Coaching coming soon


Megan has worked with all levels of clients including those recovering from lengthy illnesses and times where they couldn’t be mobile, weekend warriors, youth sport teams, and NCAA div 1 and NAIA level teams and athletes. These clients have been met with as full teams, regular class attendees, or even private or semi-private client sessions.

As a licensed athletic trainer Megan works hard to incorporate injury prevention techniques into every training session and yoga flow with the goal of keeping you from being stuck on the sideline of whatever it is you find yourself wanting to do.
